Submission Agreement

By submitting your film to One Human. One Day, you agree to these terms.

Your film stays yours

You keep ownership and copyright of your film.

You give One Human. One Day permission to publish, reproduce, edit, shorten, crop, subtitle, translate and format your submission worldwide, without a fixed time limit, as part of the project and its promotion, including on monetized platforms.

We do not claim ownership of your film or original footage.

First publication

By submitting a finished film, you confirm that it has not already been published in full on YouTube or another public video platform.

We may hold your submission while planning future releases. If we decide to publish it, we will contact you once a publication date has been scheduled.

Until then, no exclusivity period applies. If you publish the full film elsewhere before we confirm a date, please let us know, as we may decide not to publish it.

From the scheduled publication date until 30 days after publication by One Human. One Day, you agree not to publish or license the full film elsewhere.

Editing and publication

We may make reasonable edits for length, subtitles, formatting, technical requirements or presentation while respecting the spirit of your story.

Submission does not guarantee publication. We may decline or remove content if necessary.

Your permissions

By submitting, you confirm that:

• you own the material or have permission to submit it;
• you have any permissions reasonably required from people prominently featured;
• you have the necessary rights to music, photos, video or other third-party material used in the film;
• the submission does not knowingly violate another person’s rights or privacy.

If a minor is prominently featured, appropriate permission from a parent or legal guardian must be obtained.

You are responsible for the material you submit and for claims resulting from a material breach of these promises, to the extent permitted by law.

Promotion

We may use screenshots, short clips and excerpts from your film to promote the film and One Human. One Day.

We will not sell your original footage as stock footage or license it for unrelated commercial projects without separate permission.

Privacy

Personal information connected with your submission is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Agreement

By submitting your film and accepting these terms, you confirm that you have read and agreed to them and that you are at least 18 years old, or are submitting with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
