A global documentary project
One Human.
One Day.
One ordinary day. One real person.
Anywhere in the world.
The project / 001
What if we could see the world not through headlines, but through a single human day?
One Human. One Day. is an ongoing film portrait of everyday life across borders, cultures and circumstances.
Each episode follows one person from morning to night: filmed honestly, in their own place, in their own way.
No actors. No scripts.
No perfect lives.
How it works / 002
Your day,
as it is.

- 03

What to film / 003
Small moments tell the whole story.
Morning
Where you wake up. The first sounds. Your face before the day begins.
The day
Work, care, travel, waiting, eating: whatever an ordinary day holds.
Your world
The people, streets, rooms and rituals that make your life yours.
Evening
How the day changes. What you carry home. Where you leave us.
Why participate / 004
Because ordinary
is not invisible.
Your life is a place no one else can stand. Let the world see from there for a day.
You do not need a remarkable job, a dramatic story or a perfect answer. You only need to be yourself.
