This Privacy Policy explains how One Human. One Day handles personal information when you visit our website or submit a film.
What we collect
When you submit a film, we may collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, location, social profile, information about yourself, your video, voice, image and any other information included in your submission.
We may also collect basic technical information needed to operate and secure the website.
How we use it
We use this information to receive and review submissions, communicate with you about your film, plan and manage publication, publish accepted films, operate and protect the project, and comply with legal obligations.
Where a submitted film contains information that may be considered sensitive, we process it only in connection with the submission and the permissions you provide.
Our processing is based, as applicable, on your submission and acceptance of the Submission Agreement, your consent where required, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the project, and applicable legal obligations.
Who receives your data
We do not sell your personal information.
We may use trusted service providers for website hosting, file storage, email and other infrastructure needed to operate the project. They may process information only as necessary to provide those services.
Accepted films may be published on platforms such as YouTube and other channels used by One Human. One Day.
Some service providers or platforms may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used in accordance with applicable data-protection law.
How long we keep it
Submissions that are not published will be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to review and manage them and will then be deleted or anonymized unless there is a legal reason to retain information.
For films that are published, we may retain the film, related submission information and records of permissions for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, document and archive the project and exercise the rights granted under the Submission Agreement.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, receive a copy of your data, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or another competent data-protection authority.
Children
Submissions from minors must be made or authorized by a parent or legal guardian as described in our Submission Agreement.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect submitted information and restrict access to people and service providers who need it for the project.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the project develops. The current version will always be available on this page.
